The Rosewood own brand range for dogs includes: Our 40 Winks collection of beds, which are perfect for snuggly snoozes; designer togs for dogs include the super-popular Wag ‘n’ Walk range; Rosewood Reflective for safer night-time walkies; and our surprisingly affordable Luxury Leather range is said to be the mutt’s! Soft Protection Salon helps keep coats in beautiful condition, while the BioSafe toy range is the healthier way to play – clever BioCote technology which prevents the growth and survival of microbes so toys last longer, smell better and are safer for pets and people.

Range of Dog and Cat treats which include Naturals Eats and Daily Eats.

Our cat brands include the very popular Jolly Moggy, Jolly Moggy Natural toys, while the Catwalk Collection of scratching posts has been described ‘the sofa’s best friend’!

For small furries and birds, our own brand range extends to Naturals treats and Natural Meadow Menu - perfect for healthy tummies.

Walkies down memory lane.

Here at Rosewood, we’ve got pedigree when it comes to making pets and their people happy. It all started right back in 1960, when three animal-loving friends realised that petshops UK-wide needed a hand fetching spot on products…

Rosewood takes its name from one of our founders: Rose Wood. Together with her husband Eric and partner Harry Irving, they spotted the need for better pet products, and got stuck in.

In 1980 Rosewood moved offices and warehouse to Broseley – this pretty Shropshire village was home for over 35 years. As time has passed, our passion for pets and our client base has seen our network grow with some unexpected twists and turns along the way.

Stormy weather in 2005 saw a shipping container with Rosewood products being lost overboard –60,000 Mister Twister, Chubleez and Jolly Moggy Christmas toys were lost at sea, only to wash up all over the Sussex and Isle of Wight coastlines. We heard they made great stocking fillers!

We’ve also developed many products but a highlight has to be the Snuggles small animal bedding range. It’s been a real hit with small animals, their ‘parents’… and unexpectedly, wildlife centres too! Beds from the range have provided comfy nests for red squirrel babies that were bred as part of a reintroduction programme in Scotland since 2006.

More recently, the biggest developments have been to do with our brand and move to Hortonwood, Telford location.  A new look, a new logo and a new line – “it’s a pet thing!” – sum up how we feel about our retailers, their customers, and most importantly, the VIPets we serve.

It’s come as no surprise that the demand for brilliant pet products has been rising steadily.
